Dr Kate was the only Practitioner to help me. I had been to so many others for my chronic headaches. She is authentically kind and professional.

I came to Dr. Kate with two bulging discs in my lower back, adrenal fatigue, and high stress levels. The treatments by Dr. Kate provide immediate relief, both physically and emotionally; she supports my healing by providing advanced quality hands-on skills as well as compassionate care. I highly recommend Dr. Kate!!

Perhaps I am an outlier. I had one visit with Kate (she was pleasant and polite) and will not go back. I understand healing is a process, and at times we can see an increase in pain on our way to healing. I have worked with several chiropractors in the past, and did not enter into this appointment blindly. I was in pain and wanted it relieved. Kate used a clicker. I suspect she over-slicked, and I was miserable for a few weeks. She diagnosed my problem quickly, perhaps too quickly. Ouch.

Business response:

First of all I am sad that they did not give me the opportunity to have a conversation about what happened. Secondly it takes time to get to know patients and how they respond to treatments. I feel that my treatment plan was cut short. Often I adapt the treatments as I go to see how patients respond. Using the activator is one of the safest low force methods of manipulation. If this person would have communicated with me around all this. I strongly feel that I could have repaired what happened.
