Extremely disappointing and misleading experience. I scheduled an appointment for filler injections—not a consultation—yet I was charged $100 for a 10-minute “consult” that was never clearly disclosed beforehand. This feels like a bait-and-switch. At most reputable cosmetic clinics, consultation fees should be applied toward the treatment if you proceed the same day. Neither happened here. The front desk experience made things even worse. Absolute best dermatologist (and doctor) I’ve ever been too. Thorough, kind, great at explaining and helped with all my derm issues, as well as my mom and 6yo kid who has had a chronic skin problem. Thank you thank you thank you for being so great!
First visit. Dr. Gerber and her staff are quick, professional and thorough. I am from here and exposed to the sun for years. It is great to have a really competent dermatologist that I can trust as things come up. Highly recommend Dr. Gerber!
