Kastan didn’t do procedure his dad did use 2200 of my insurance, 300 of my flex cash, 200 out of pocket, I received the teeth they was tinted wrong gave them back, went back weeks later and the secretary told me to come back went back again and never received my teeth ripped off but ima get him the legal way I have all the paperwork from blue cross and freds pharmacy.
