He was honest with my not needing surgery which was refreshing since 4-5 other orthopedic surgeons were selling me on the idea that it was necessary (as if fact). I think they were all trying to do the fusions so as to get the windfall of money from the surgery. I got PRP injections from him. I liked that he did injections in the office. Allowed me to drive there and drive home. I didn't have to coordinate someone to pick me up or sign me out from a "medical procedure" that knocked me out with the "happy juice". I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the pre and post-operative care and communication I received following my L5/S1 Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion and Percutaneous Fusion Surgery, performed by Mr. Kasra Rowshan on January 31, 2025. I met Dr Rowshan in 2019 after I was rear ended by someone at high speed while I was at a full stop. Dr Rowshan had no idea I had seen 5 other orthopedic doctors who all wanted to do fusion surgeries (4 levels on my neck and 3 on my lumbar). He saw the images, saw the problems, but said I didn't need surgery yet. I stayed with him because he was honest. WORST DOCTOR EVER. HES LAZY AND DOESNT DO HIS WORK I do not recommend him. My dad has been in severe pain and he can’t do his simple job of completing notes he knows the severity of the situation and does nothing. This Dr doesn’t care stay away from him
