I called in advance for an appointment with reference to my Obstetrician and this was a really important follow up for me.They failed to verify my insurance properly and I ended up traveling 40 minutes to their clinic only to be denied because they don't take my insurance.Totally irresponsible attitude by the office staff.I didn't get a chance to meet the doctor hence cannot comment on her expertise or professional experience however a good practice always starts with a good and capable front desk staff and personnel.Utter f... read more
This doctor is unprofessional and down right disrespectful. A good friend of mine had went to her and all the doctor did was disrespect her and tell her things that she already knew. Did not give any solution to the problem nor offered any way to fix it. This doctor shouldn’t even be practicing if you don’t know how to show compassion and empathy to your patients you should pick another career.
0 stars. Over 18 years of experience. Yet knows nothing about being a m.d. The purpose of your job is to make sure the patient is taken care of. I had multiple arguments because my insurance company approved a medication and the doctor didn't. Now I recieved a letter saying they will no longer be providing me treatment. No sweat off my back. Worst endocrinologist I have had the unpleasure of dealing with. I hope no one visits your practice. She should be reviewed by the medical board and have her license revoked.
