Worst place! I got overcharged and I was never able to talk to the office manager. I also got my appointment cancel the same day with no notice.
I see Dr. Karthik Kumars eye clinic. The office management is real bad. I been going there for 2 years and they never seen us on time. The last visit these things happened. Appointment was at 8:15 after confirming the appointment, it was canceled. They continues with appointment but Doctor was not in office till 8:45. I had a balance from previous visit, that they never informed us. I said I can pay this together after seeing the doctor. Everyone in this office is friendly, professional, and efficient.
Took my son for routine checkup, we saw a junior Doctor as Dr. Katik was busy. Post check up staff asked me to pay $275 upfront. It was a simple vision exam moreover a preventive visit, when I enquired they mention my insurance don't cover. Later my insurance informed me that preventives are covered but provider didn't bill correctly. Tried to reach the office multiple times but they are very rude and unprofessional. I will advise to avoid.
They were sweet and patient with my daughter and they take the time to be thorough in the examination. I really appreciate the time and patience the P.A. took to explain the answers to my questions, as well as their prompt return of my calls.
