This review is all about the office staff. I was on hold for 24 mins. I hung up called again and on hold for another 6 mins. What medical office in late evening have a patient waiting for 30 mins. This is not the first time and the staff must do better. This is a reflection on the Doctor who is excellent in his manners but the staff is awful. You must do better. We call because we need medical attention and that has to be a priority. Your customer service is subpar.
Wonderful provider! He actually listens. When you talk to him, you can tell her cares.
Dr Pettis is great. Not 1 complaint about him. His office however is the worst I have ever encountered in the medical field. They are horrible and if your life depended on them calling you back, delivering a message, responding to an email or getting anything, you would die. I have had multiple times where I could not get my meds including up to 3 months of constant calls and emails. Today I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call me back. I have found Dr. Karlton Pettis to be an excellent Dr. who listens to the patient's concerns & then discusses, etc. He has a gentle & kind way and has helped me tremendously with any health issues I have seen him for. His office staff are equally pleasant. I highly recommend him.
