The PA's are wonderful people and the nurses are too but the new Receptionist told me when i went to talk about my Medicine she was rude told me i am to call 7 days in advance and she would let me have it this time, but not again. Since when does the reception become, Doctor, PA and Nurse? She's Taking appts, and typing on the computer . I have been going to them a long time and got my sleeping medicine called in 3 days in advance, nothing was ever said until the new Reception sat in that chair in the front office!
