Absolutely awful experience with the secretaries at this facility. They refused to see me after I injured my finger and would not let me speak to any office manager. I explained my situation and that I would be using my own insurance and they still argued with me that they would not have my finger evaluated. Beware as this was the office and doctor I was referred to from urgent care. No idea if the doctor would be good. But the staff is appalling.
Dr. Michalko was very helpful. He explained what was causing my hand pain, what my options were. I appreciated his advice!
