My father was referred there and they put some drops in his both of his eyes, although only one eye was the issue. He then had unbearable pain on his only good eye, so went back to consult. Office intended to collect copayment again for something they were responsible for and the office refused to see him without collecting payment again. My father’s referring doctor told him they had several similar comments. I don’t understand why they keep referring. Hopefully it’s just a one time experience.

Can't praise Dr. Bentley enough. Cataract surgery on both eyes -2 procedures with resulting 20/20 vision requiring NO glasses. - Unlike a previous consultation entailing$ 4 procedures w Dr Rto. The staff did misplace some paperwork requiring an extra trip to come in during holidays(thanksgiving) to re-sign blank paperwork with some attitude.
Dr. Bentley is a very knowledgeable and empathetic physician. The office employees are very nice too. Thank you for taking care of my dry eyes.
The waiting can be long at times, but Dr. Bentley is a great doctor. The staff is also very kind. Thank you for taking care of my dry eyes.
