Dr. Lozanne discussed my symptoms and referred me for MRI.
Dr Lozanne was thorough in his examination and questioning my symptoms. He was patient and has a good “bedside manner”. I look forward to being under his care in his hands.
They let me drive a hour and a half to come to a appt to sit me in a room and say they couldn’t help me on my appt today. Tried to get the nurse to speak to my insurance she told me she couldn’t, absolutely no help and I would prefer to see my regular doc because after this shunt experience I have nerve damage in my legs and pelvis, which I can not get taken care of for this issue that was caused with getting this shunt
Excellent visit with Dr. Lozanne. He always communicates clearly and is easy to understand. This is something I appreciate very much.
On meeting Dr.Lozanne he immediately puts you at ease. He is kind and caring. He took his time explaining to me and my husband the problem with my neck. He showed us the MRI and explained the results in great detail. I made the decision for surgery so Dr.Lozanne explained everything about the risks and benefits. So I feel very comfortable with my decision and await my surgery date.
He went over my issues with my pain and is referring me to a foot specialist and referring me to do PT therapy.
He is thorough in his examinations. He seeks to find out your problematic pain by point-on questions to the patient. He found where I had a pinched nerve on an MRI other doctors had for over two years. He identified my problem and discussed with me solutions on my first appointment with him. He is a caring and talented surgeon who I am glad I was able to get an appointment.
Doctor is always willing to take his time and listen to the patient for maximum care
Dr. Lozanne was very personable. His explanations were easy to understand, and my treatment plan was easy to follow.
