CCHMC provides great service in the neurosurgery department if you are the emergency. For routine follow ups the care and concern has not been their in our experience.
quality of service really varies from visit to visit - can be very moody and standoffish.

Dr. Bierbrauer is one of my favorite Docs at this hospital. Not only is she extremely professional and knowledgeable but he is also very personable. She is one of the few doctor's I've seen that actually takes an active interest in the patients and not just their condition.
During my visit I felt that I was treated very well.I would absolutely recommend this doctor to my family and friends.I felt this visit was an amazing success!Overall I would rate this visit : outstanding!
