Bayshore Pediatrics is like a cattle call. I used to take my children there regularly, making appts for 4pm and not getting to see the dr until 6!! just for a shot! They prescribe amoxil for everything..that or zithromax. They dont listen to what the problem is nor do they get to know the patient. One time, the time referenced above...they had the nerve to make me pay upfront bc it was 5pm and the front office staff wanted to go home. Needless to say, I did not go back anymore!!!
I work in a Federal Agency and I had to request Medical records for people inroll, I been requesting several times with not results Please be Professional, the lattest time to send a request is one week Start Working !!!!!!! You are letting people behind and out of compliance.
Unprofessional the medical assistants walk around with tattoos around the arms and other areas where you can see them.and plus there is allot of medical assistants probably around 12. and their all young girls.some of the girls have attitudes. sometimes they tell you something bad in your face instead of talking with you in a calm voice. and i always see a little baby their while their working but since they got to work the baby would stay crying in the office because they are too busy to pick up te baby. and other medical a... read more
I do understand everyones review on the staff being unprofessional. But I have been to several different places, and so far I have liked them the best. Not because I see staff walking around with ear pieces, but because this is the only place I have been to where my kids were not treated like a number. The doctors know my kids by their name before they look at the chart. Now I will say the place is run more like a clinic, and I do think that they prescribe amoxicillen first, but all you have do is ask for something stronger ... read more
I actually started looking through yahoo for a Doctors e-mail address so that I could send them an e-mail about their office and I happened to read everyones comments. I couldnt agree more about the unprofessionalism of everyone in that office. I will admit that I like all of the doctors. Every doctor has treated me kindly and listened to what I say. This clinic has more patients than they can handle. The staff made me feel that my child was more like a number than a person. They do not take the quality time with each patient because they are too busy trying to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible without paying attention to the patients needs. They make you feel that because you can get same day appointments, that will benefit you, but in reality it benefits them. The more patients the better. That place is horrible. I brought my daughter there to take her shots. The doctors assistant brought her 3 yr old daughter along into the room while giving her the shots. Also, the assistants were all talking about their personal sex life and using profanity in front of all the childrens.
