Dr. Aref has been my baby’s doctor since his birth. He has been excellent and answers all questions patiently. He is also very knowledgeable and empathetic.
Lack of empathy can be forgiven but a lack of skill and discipline cannot. Highly incompetent and does not communicate effectively. Pumped my child with medications without a diagnosis or an understanding of the root cause.
Just terrible front-office lady. I called and she didn't have any patience to listen to 2 sentences, not accepting new patients and banged the phone up. Have some decency and learn some manners. Do yourselves a favor and look somewhere else.
Dr. Aref was a gentleman compared to other on-call pediatricians we had dealt with. He was patient centered and really understood our priorities. He was professional and kind. Thank you for making the process much less stressful.
