She takes great care of both my children, always willing to see them the same day if needed. Would recommend to others for pediatric doctor.
If I could fire this woman I would! Cruz is a terrible Dr. She should not be within a 100 feet of any child. Chief complain she assumes things about parents. She literally put in mychart notes that I am illiterate. She never asked me she just discriminated and used her judgement. I choose not to answer questionnaires I let them ask me verbally so they don't twist my words. Secondly she took me in a separate room and interrogated me about my daughter's father. Amazing provider!!!!!! I cannot day enough how much I love Dr.Cruz, she will always do her best to fit my children in if they are ill and will take the time to personally call me back the following day to ensure all is well. She has blown me away on multiple occasions with not only her knowledge, but her compassion, understanding, drive to give you the best care and lastly engaging with my children each visit. First I like to say I like her she was nice but... My daughter had injured her right knee badly. Cruz looked at the x-ray and thought nothing was wrong but while looking I noticed bone floating..I said to her “no that’s a bone chunk” !!! I knew right then she was not paying attention to her work. I took my daughter to Dr.Hobbson he’s awesome! He informed me that in fact she had what’s called a football injury and needed major surgery. Had we done what Dr.Cruz suggested it might have permanently disabled my 16 year old child.
