Zero stars ! I have gone there a few times and waited hours . The receptionist is rude ! I made appt for my dog and was running a bit late due to traffic and work . They said I had to pay 25.00 and cancelled my dogs appt . That I had waited for for 3 days . The vet is good but everyone else is heartless and uncaring . Don't even go there save your time and money . Now I have a sick dog that another vet will see the same day .
This place is a JOKE outdated x ray machines and all other equipment nothing is up date !!!!!! I paid for 2 different visits totaling 300+ USD to get X rays to confirm how many pups I was having !!!!! Both times couldn’t see anything!!!!! Contrast DR didn’t know how to operate it ! The. Continued to try and convince me there’s something on the image ! My dog was obviously pregnant I took her day 47 and she told me I might have my dates wrong ! This is false I record everything!!!!! Took Mello today to his first vet appointment. Thank you to all the staff and Dr Karen for making this such an overall amazing experience. Easy, fun and very clean and comfortable environment. Very informative and attentive and extremely reasonable and affordable prices. We definitely won’t be taking him anywhere else.
Dr Karen is the best vet I have ever taken pets to! She is thorough and detailed. I would not take my kitties any where else!
