My child had an medical emergency, i missed our dentist appointments because We had to attend to the Crisis, and Sorry at the time, I alone, couldn't think to call dentist as I were overwhelmed, confused and busy trying to maintain safety and health issues surrounding this/ When i called to explain, the date we missed, i was told, there is A cancellation fee that needs to be paid before i can reschedule appointments and all three of us can no longer have appointments on the same day, in order appointments.
