I've struggled with plantar fasciitis my whole adult life. Seriously. I almost got out of the army it got so bad. I've tried it all: physical therapy, orthotics, rest, stretching. One time I had surgery scheduled. I'm 48 now but still enjoy running. But not without pain. Until Dr. Karen mentioned to my wife that she could help. Help she did. After one session, I ran 8 miles without pain for the first time in 25 years.
