I have been working with Dr. Lo for well over a year now and couldn’t possibly recommend her and her team more highly. I have never had a medical provider look at me with such disdain as during my meeting with Dr. Lo. I was referred to her by a breast surgeon after recently finding out that I had breast cancer. I had direct-to-implant reconstruction after my mastectomy with Dr. Lo, and choosing her was a huge mistake. She was egotistical, cold, and completely lacking bedside manner from the very first appointment. Dr. Lo is impressively knowledgable, professional, and a realist. She will tell you straight what your best options are for your health and appearance. Which is so refreshing as all the other medical staff treat you like a child who can’t handle the truth while going through cancer treatment. Dr. Lo guided me through one of the toughest times in my life after I was diagnosed with breast cancer and decided on a double mastectomy. Dr. Lo and her team gave me all of my options so that I could make an informed decision; they were also incredibly empathetic and responsive to my many questions.
