I've been going to Dr. B for 10 years, he's very knowledgeable and caring. My husband who has always hated going to a doctor also see's Dr. B, his blood pressure was obviously sky high the first time he went, his face was very red. Dr. B took care of it quickly by putting him on meds and my husband is so impressed with Dr. B that he's no longer afraid of doctors.
I was told Family Medicine had a good reputation but I found out it was Dr. McCarthy who had the good reputation not the whole practice. Bornfreund apparently feels the need to talk to you in a nasty manner for no apparent reason as he looks at you with a smirk on his face just like a high school bully. The entire staff is professional and caring!! I've been seeing these doctors since before they even started this group practice back when they were with A%$^) Medical! So glad they left and opened Family Medicine of Sayebrook! All of the docs really care about their patients and take the time to listen and think outside the box!
Staff is good but to have an 8:45 blood pressure check to see if new meds are working....and not see doc till 9:30 with no explanation is unacceptable. Patients time matters too
