I love Dr. Ashby. I feel she's extremely knowledgeable and I am always confident that she is taking excellent care of my health. The staff at McDonald's could be friendlier, but the staff at Landerbrook is better.
She's amazing. I actually look forward to my annual check up. Very knowledgeable and personable. She's a professor at Case as well. Great doctor.
I waited an hour and a half after my appointment time to see Dr. Ashby (30 minutes in waiting room, 1 hour in her office) which was, needless to say, very frustrating. When she came into the office, she was perfunctory and did not shake my hand and completely ignored my husband, who was also in the room. I did not feel that she spend enough time explaining a medical condition to me or answering my questions thoroughly. Overall, I am not satisfied at all, and will not be making another appointment with her.
I would recommend Dr Ashby to all. She is a great doctor and very knowledgable. I think her personality is awesome and if/when I have another baby I would pay out of pocket to go back to her, since she is out of my network nowa
Dr.Ashby is very professional and friendly, but the amount of time the visit took was merely ridiculous for an appointment scheduled more than 2 months ago. She did not seem too concerned with my questions either.

Dr. Karen Ashby is a fabulous physician and friend. She is compassionate, sincere, intelligent, and helpful. I feel extremely comfortable sharing things with her and following her advice on all aspects of my health. I would tell any of my friends or family members to see her. Dr. Ashby is very knowledgable and accessible. Her genuine concern for my issues showed compassion that I have not seen with other doctors. I have had both routine and emergency calls and everything was handled with professionalism, care and expertise.
