Posting on behalf of a family member. Dr Karen Kong is dismissive, rude, and the entire experience felt very transactional (aka just wanted to be able to get payment for every step of the way). I could not recommend a specialist any less. I also spoke to a friend who happened to see this same doctor and shared the same sentiment.
