I previously left a one-star review based on a difficult evaluation and follow-up experience. My concerns at the time were primarily about communication, administrative issues, unexpected differences in appointment instructions, and being asked to schedule additional paid consultations to obtain answers to follow-up questions after an expensive evaluation.
