I found the staff to be very pleasant and I feel very comfortable with my choice of choosing them for the medical procedure going forward with having some sun spots removed.
I called to make an appt with the NP. There was an option for a call back. I received a call back quickly but the operator was rude and useless. She said she was looking through "300 dr offices"....to find my NP's name. IDK what phone service this small office is using but it lost a patient.
