I am a new patient. I was seen on time. Jasmin, who took my intake information, was wonderful. A very caring person, with a sense of humor. Dr. Mass is very no-nonsense, which I like. She explained the details of my care plan very well. She helped me learn about some Medicare requirements that I didn't know. She talks a little bit too fast for my 78 year old brain to absorb so I had to ask her to repeat some things. But I really like her and intend to see her in the future.
No information was given for 1 1/2 Hour wait. Dr. No show. No care for my disabilities.
