OMG Where do I begin. I called the office to reschedule my appointment because I had just had surgery and the office girls were very compassionate and rescheduled me with no problems at all. I went to mt rescheduled appointment and Dr Karen Agersborg was wonderful. She was so happy with the way my A1C came down and all of my other numbers. I absolutely love this office. When I return for my next appointment I'm going to see if I can also use them as my primary doctor also. I'm so happy that I found this great doctor.
Let me warn y’all now I’ve had my experience with Dr. Agersborg and it was NOT a good experience. I am a T1D (Type 1 Diabetic) & she seemed to have no sympathy at all for what I had going on at the time she was my primary. I was homeless for some time when I had Dr. Agersborg I tried my BEST to get all the information she needed, I even did Telemedicines because I couldn’t find transportation to the office. She disregarded and dismissed how I felt, and said I was fine based off my lab work. Called me a “beta male” to my face and that it was “okay to be a beta male”. Lol. Possibly the most incompetent person in the medical field I’ve ever had to deal with.
Dr Agersborg is wonderful and so compassionate and my mom has nothing but great words and highest recommendations for her. However, the lady who took my mother’s call was disrespectful, condescending, and not empathetic towards her or her situation. I overheard the conversation as it was on speakerphone. She sent us to the RN voicemail which was fine, and we left a message, but there were other non medical questions.
