Ive been going Here for the past 4 years ,I see Jessica shes fabulous ,kind ,listens to Me .Im very Happy with the level of care I receive .
I've been going to Jess since the VA failed me multiple times..Definitely a big difference I see in my personal care..Always listens and is really concerned that I'm getting the care I need..10 year cancer survive and diabetic my immune system has been a challenge...I Thank her and the nurse Jenn they have been so nice to me.
I made an appointment over a month and a half ago and the day before my appointment it was cancelled and rescheduled for over a month out. My provider was sick and I understand that we are all human but for staff to be so nonchalant was infuriating. I have been seeing the same PCP for 5 years and since one of the providers left it’s impossible to get an appointment. My provider Jessica was amazing , she listened to me and helped greatly. Unfortunately I recently had to switch doctors due to not being able to get an appointment in a timely fashion . On December 12th 2024 I went to walk in for a severe ear infection and was told I needed to be seen within 5 days at primary care for a follow up. Soonest availability was January 24th . Then on Jan 26th I was admitted to the hospital in Johnson city due to severe infection and high blood pressure and also am a type one diabetic when released... read more
