I met Dr Santucci in two different occasions at the emergency room . I was impressed by her professionalism and the extent of compassion and care she had. I strongly believe she is an extraordinary Doctor and human being.
Dr Santucci failed to do an CT Scan when my son was in the ER with unbearable stomach pain. She sent him home after a dose of turadol (basically an IV dose of ibuprofen). His appendix ruptured over night. He suffered unimaginable pain. He had emergency surgery and required 6 days in the hospital, a pic line and IV antibiotics for 2 weeks due to her incompetence.
