As you enter the building, you'll be greeted by a warm, friendly staff listening to Christian music. They are capable, thoughtful, and so, so, caring. Due to my chronic health defects, I met hundreds of medical staffs. It's been about 2-3 years since my last visit, but their positive impression has left a mark on me.

This doctor needs to go back to school and re learn how to have a good bed side manner and knows nothing of the need of the patient. Don't go to her if you need medicine because she's afraid it might affect her license.

Dr. Ara found my breast cancer it was on stage 2 but if he did not send me to get a breast ultrasound I would probably be dead since my previous Dr just took a mammogram and told me that everything was normal.

The problem I have with this dr is preparing for a colonoscopy, I went to surgery center for one I saw a few people go in and come out . Tell me please how it's possible to clean the fibro optic scope in that short period of time. It takes at least 20 to 25 minutes to be properly cleaned then set up . The process is tedious. He could do a better job in ensuring patient safety from cross contamination. While I waited to get my test done the door to the surgery room was open , I watched the person , I guess that was suppose to... read more

I have been seeing Dr.. Shokrae for quite a while now and I like him. I do think he is often rushed but I feel he is a good doctor. I do not like his staff, they are often dismissive and act like it is a bother to speak with you. I have called to ask for an appointment or for a refill on Meds. (not pain meds) and was told they would call it in, but never do. There phone system is awful and if someone actually answers it is a big surprise! I am searching for a new Neurologist at this time because of the staff, not the doctor.

I can't believe I didn't walk out. STAY AWAY!! Had a 9AM appointment and had to wait one hour for Mancuso to see me...that is after I threatened to leave. By the way, I was told by the staff that "the wait is normal". Once he came in, it was a joke of an appointment...seems like he could care less. So, if you want to go to a dermatologist that has no care for your time...Michael is your man.

Put a renal stent in me through the ER without telling me he wouldn't take my insurance to remove it...I was left with horrible pain and infections for 6 months till I could find a doctor in Pgh to provide the care I needed. The single worse doctor and one of the worse human beings I've ever encountered.
