I visited Katy Pain and Spine about 3 times and saw Dr N Dave. First visit I brought my Medicare card and card of my supplemental insurance. They copied cards. Then told me I owed around 24 dollars which I thought was odd but there was a line behind me so I went ahead without questions on how I owed this with supplemental insurance that is supposed to be billed first after bill submitted to Medicare.
