If I could give a 0 STAR I would. If your primary doctor refers you to this office, run away! Ask for another referral. Please, DO NOT use this office. The staff is incompetent. They cancel appointment without calling to say so. Drive 45 minutes to get there late afternoon appointment and make excuse after excuse. NEVER GO HERE!
God forbid if you have any question. Always in a rush to leave and very very RUDE. So upset this was the only option from my medical plan.
It is very difficult to reach the office by phone. Then when someone does answer you are on hold 10 -15 minutes. The staff isn't rude, just not very friendly. They look at you like they have never seen you before & I have been a patient for many years.
The office is NOT run very efficiently, The wait times are always a minimum of 60 mins to well over 120 mins. No explanation is given and when I asked to speak to the office Manager they always say she is busy. There is no regard to the patients wait times and no one seems to care. A 5 min visit with the Doctor to read test results should not take 2 to 3 hours out of your day. Why can't this be done over the phone???
