Attentive staff, really listened to me and helped me address some chronic issues. Went out of their way to find me an appointment time when I had a crazy work schedule. Highly recommend.

Kara helped me address a few body pains that I was experiencing. I had a lot of issues with the left side of my body due to a previously torn left achilles. Going through surgery and rehab, the left side of my body had some issues in terms of flexibility and certain muscles over-compensating. After 1-2 sessions with Kara, I had gained the most ankle flexility since pre-surgery. After about 3-4 sessions, my knee pain started to dissipate. I would highly recommend her!
