Dr Kara LISTENS. I'm still in the midst of a program but just having someone listen, make a PERSONALIZED plan for me, and not be so dismissive and just write scripts is invaluable.I've been looking for a Dr like Kara for years and I'm glad to finally have someone in my corner.
