Been seeing Dr. Beatty for years now. She is very compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable
Not a good practice. The receptionist was so rude and unprofessional. They also charged me a no show fee for an appointment THEY cancelled and one for when my computer was messing up and wouldn't log on. Told me to reschedule that one as well and then charged me $100 for it. They charged me $198 a visit as well when they charge people without insurance $150. I should not be penalized for having insurance. Additionally when I started, they changed my medications against my wishes. My wife started going and they prescribed her... read more
I didn't even get to schedule an appointment because I was so discouraged by the customer service by the receptionist making the appointment. If the doctor reads these reviews, you may want to rethink the staff you have.
