I had a septoplasty and sinus surgery done by Dr. Saigal. My experience from beginning to end was phenomenal, from the friendly and competent office staff all the way through post-op. I had pre-op visits with Dr. Saigal and Alicia, where the entire procedure and recovery expectations were clearly explained, and my myriad questions were answered. This was my first cosmetic surgery and I am glad I chose Dr. Saigal. I had the most positive experience from consultation to follow-ups. Dr. Saigal and his team are exceptional. This is my second surgery with Dr. Saigal. First, rhinoplasty in 2017 and then facelift and blepharoplasty in 2020. Dr. Saigal and his staff have been AMAZING throughout my experience. I have been thinking about fixing my severely deviated septum and getting rid of my bump for a long time. An exceptional experience from start to finish. Dr. Saigal was so reassuring throughout the entire process, and I was definitely the kind of rhinoplasty case that would probably make most doctors nervous. I did not want any drastic cosmetic changes but wanted some subtle refinements, and I feel like in these cases that can be a harder goal to achieve for a person who doesn’t already extremely dislike their nose.
