I have been going to Dr. Patel office for some time now . The staff are amazing but, there is one staff who really go out her way to make sure all my concerns ok taken care of . I would like to thank Annela in the greenbelt office for her hard work she is very kind always smiling as she greets me. She is so amazing!!!! From Christal L
BEDSIDE MANNER IS HORRIBLE! Dr. Patel and staff are trash 🤷♀️. My first visit I was rushed in and out within 5 minutes. His staff doesnt follow up with insurance companies to get things done correctly. I had to contact my insurance company to find out what’s going on because members of his staff either lied or didn’t relay the correct message to him or me. Been waiting over a month for my CPAP machine for which I was told was ordered by adapt on June 11th, however, Adapt told me that the order was placed on July 26th. Trie... read more
