This guy is a a self absorbed doctor … we were 5 minutes early for my daughter’s appointment but because we weren’t 10 minutes early he dropped us from the clinic but no where does it state that if your not 10 minutes early they will cancel on you…. Why wouldn’t you just make the appt 10 mins earlier and cut out all the BS. Find a different pedestrian this one is a joke
Horrible care and rude admin staff. Never return calls and when you do get through, you either have to wait months on end for an appointment or they recommend going to a walk in clinic.
I’ve never had such a difficult experience getting ahold of a doctor before. I’ve been calling AND emailing to no avail. Just moving in a d finding a new dr fit my kid
The phone is always busy. The doctors are always on holiday. Then, when I do get the chance to make the appointment. I have to book the day off work, drive 1 hour and 30 minutes. If you're not 15 mintures early for your appointment, they will refuse to see you and charge you 50$. I get better service at the walk-in.
