I had a great experience with Dr.Shahidi, he listened and explained and I was very much satisfied with this meeting.
This practice from facilitators on the scheduling and assistant end to the provider himself absolutely EXCEEDED standards of exemplary customer service, knowledge, KINDNESS, and patience. I felt like I had won the lottery as I left the appointment. I have been telling a few people just how grateful I am to have been referred to them and that it is not something I ever take for granted -- which is why it IS WORTH noting and sharing and giving the utmost RESPECT and KUDOS to the people in this office!!!!!! Dr. Shehida is a clear communicator and a very good listener. I had referred my husband to him and He to was very happy with his services.
Poor bedside manner, use of too much medical terminology
Dr. Shahedi has a good bedside manner and seemed genuinely concerned about my health.
The doctor was very respectful and gave me very practical options for solutions and treatment.
Everyone at the doctor's office was courteous and professional. The doctor was great.
Not the warmest bed side manner, but I felt he is a fine doctor and left trusting him.
