The overall service was very efficient and professional. The doctor was courteous, respectful, took a good history, listen to carefully to my concerns, answered all questions, clearly and thoroughly, and gave additional information as needed. He discussed risks and benefits of alternative treatments for my medical issues, in a clear and comprehensive manner. I was also provided with written material that was very helpful. The support staff was efficient and polite, and responded courteously to my inquiries.
