I had a disappointing experience with a staff member named Ana, who was extremely rude and unprofessional during our phone conversation. Based on that interaction alone, I decided not to visit the office in person.
I visited the office yesterday and met with the doctor for Botox. This was my first time there it was very clean and staff was extremely friendly and informative. Most dedicate, Knowledgeable, caring doctor I have ever seen. Diagnosis is right to the point. I have known Dr. Savfati for over 12 years. He’s been our family physician since than. he is always available to answer questions!! he has emergency seen me multiple of times. without having appointments. he sincerely cares about his patients. he always spend enough time to answer any questions. I am a lucky patient to have Dr kamran Savfati as my primary physician.
