Never in my life have I been treated so poorly as a patient. Hours on hold, dozens of phone calls, mischeduled and rescheduled surgeries three times, and when you call no one seems to know what on earth to do. I have been waiting for a life changing surgery for months, and they cancelled it AGAIN. Literally burst into tears when they texted me (couldn't bother to call.) This place is abhorrent at best, negligent at worst. Every single person that works there should be ashamed.
