It's unfortunate that some of his back office staff is incompetent to call back or get the facts right when calling you back.. I self diagnosed myself and demanded to be referred to a surgeon after 1 year of complaining of pain. I have nothing to say now about his front staff. they are amazing and gets things done. But with no call back from back office and been waiting for a refill on meds that I'm not supposed to discontinue use. I'm done!
Always takes the extra time to sit and talk with you, seems to genuinely enjoy his work. Would recommend to anyone and any family.
Dr. Desai takes his time and listens to his patients. We are able to get appointments when needed. Very knowledgeable in Elder Care.

I have a good report with the doctor. We discuss my medical problems easily with good results. The doctor does have difficulty providing a complete exam of symptoms which sometimes delays a accurate diagnosis.
