I’ve been going to Dr Erickson’s office since I was a little girl, and I can truly say they’ve been so amazing!! The staff is always so sweet, welcoming, and friendly, I have always felt so comfortable there! They care about their patients, and of course their dental work. While we have always appreciated Kami's exceptional care over the years, I must express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct displayed by the front desk staff—specifically the receptionist, Mercie. I recently called to have my daughter added to the cancellation waitlist for a last-minute dental cleaning. Instead of being helpful, Mercie responded dismissively, making repeated comments like, “Ummmm, your daughter has quite a few cancellations,” and referenced appointments from August of last year, May, and June. ... read more
