Rudest receptionist (Rebecca) I have ever encountered. I walk up to the front desk she’s looking down and refuses to great me or even check which doctor I’m seeing and loudly shouts “quest is over there!” I go to check in at another office and of course I’m not in their system. I go back to check in with her and offer my insurance twice and she refuses to take it or respond to my question if my card is on file.
