I was treated by Dr. Afrasiabi for 7 years. I have observed, and experienced a downward spiral in the level of patient care, the continuity of care, violations of Patient Rights, and violations of HIPAA. The office staffing is extremely unstable, with complete turnover of personnel every 30-60 days. Dr. Afrasiabi has had some great NP's and PA's, but is unable to keep them, for any period of time which affects ongoing care & communication. This practice, has lost all my trust & respect.
I am a caretaker and came with my old patient from Corona for my 3PM appointment.. I was there till 4:15 Dr. did not come to the office. Very very rude staff. There was no medical doctor there. A lady was acting as a Dr. and I found out she is not a doctor.
Very bad! Is this place a medical center???
