I am extremely disappointed with this doctor’s office. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive to both my sister and my father, which is completely unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where people are already stressed or unwell. It is also incredibly difficult to get in touch with the doctor or even someone who can provide answers. God forbid there were an emergency, because reaching anyone seems nearly impossible. I have been calling dr office since yesterday and no one picks up!
I love the doctor mind you isn’t my doctor anymore because I moved , treating a elderly woman to make a payment for her husband like trash telling her to move and sit when there is no one before or after her . You made my mother cry she came into my car trembling of how humiliating you made her feel . She not your patient anymore because of the Front Desk ! Well good thing she doesn’t have to deal with miserable people sucks to just work for a check not for something that makes you happy . Bitter Much
