Dr is ok But the receptionist is rude , does not look at you, No greeting, no emotions no facial expressions, no customer service. keeps the tv loud with news or kids channels. Informed the doctor but does care . Many of us in town do not like to visit because of the receptionist . None will care if we stand inside if needed to ask a question after seeing the doctor. Service is bad with the staff

Rehab center called office several times to let them know that patient declining. Even though in the office, no Dr called back and answering service states they are in the office, just not picking up. Unacceptable.....will be assisting parents and changing their primary asap

I am extremely disappointed with this doctor’s office. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive to both my sister and my father, which is completely unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where people are already stressed or unwell. It is also incredibly difficult to get in touch with the doctor or even someone who can provide answers. God forbid there were an emergency, because reaching anyone seems nearly impossible.
