Some of the reviews on here are very unfair. I read them before my appointment and after leaving I can assure you that Dr. Mattar was kind and a great doctor. I hope that future patients may read this and feel assured in Dr. Mattar's professionalism and humanity. My experience completely contradicts the impression I had because of the prejudiced reviews that have been left.
Doctor Kamal performed a circumcision for my 4.5-year-old son. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely distressing, and I found the treatment to be unprofessional and poorly managed. The numbing medication was given orally with only a small amount of water. The medicine was very bitter and difficult for a young child to take. After administering it, the doctor did not allow sufficient time for the anesthesia to take effect. Within a few seconds, the procedure was started.
