I was referred specifically to Dr. Mohaseb, however during my visit another doctor saw me without asking whether I was comfortable with that or not. Also, when appointments are scheduled, it seems that the patient’s time is not considered. Patients are often expected to wait for an hour or more, and this is never clearly mentioned when the appointment is confirmed. The clinic was unreliable. I was referred to Dr. Mohaseb, but instead, another doctor handled my procedure and I was not satisfied with the doctor.
Refered to Dr. M for cataract surgery. Staff relatively friendly and efficient. Tech who did the preliminary tests was fast and efficient. A bit of a wait to see the doc. He is a busy guy. The his exam was quick. Answered all my questions. Overall, I’m quite pleased with this initial visit.
