Love Dr. Pang but the staff stinks. They left me sitting for an hour and a half today and when I had to leave they did not even apologize. I asked to be called with an explanation but still waiting. Guess I'll have to suffer with the pain until I can find a new doctor. Really can't suggest Dr. Pang to others because of poor support staff.
Always listens and tries to understand what you are telling him. Takes time to make sure you know you are important and that he cares. Called back with results from mri within 1 hour of test completion. Never in my life had results that fast.
