Very rude- front desk doesn’t know how to talk to customers.
I and my entire family have been going to Dr. Abraham for almost 15 years. He is a GREAT dentist. Karen and the ladies in the front are amazing as well. LINA, the 'Office Manager' on the other hand leaves A LOT to be desired. She has NO people skills when it comes to talking to people and is one of the rudest people I have encountered in a long time! I had an issue at the beginning of February 2025 where the office hit me with $800 worth of "back charges" some of which go all the way back to the end of 2023. I pay my balance... read more
The office manager Lina does not know how to talk to patients she came in the room to figure out insurance and while I was trying to tell her what’s happening she had attitude with me, she said well if you’re insurance doesn’t go through you’d have to pay $1500 out of pocket today to which I AGREED! She came back a second time after figuring it out my insurance with a two payment one now for 380 and another the next time I come to finish my root canal. I highly recommend them! I went to Dr. Abraham’s office when I chipped my tooth. They took me in as an emergency patient. They made me an appointment within 2 days. The entire staff were very friendly and professional. The wait time was excellent . Dr. Abraham is very knowledgeable and caring. He took his time explaining everything to me. He fixed my tooth and I was in and out within an hour. I’m recommending him to everyone I know!
